Gwendolyn, Practice/Clinical Manager

Gwendolyn’s career in dentistry spans over 15 years so far, with most of them spent right here at our dental office. She attended the New England Dental Assisting School and has advanced training in CEREC and pediatric tongue/lip-tie treatment. Today, what she loves most about her position is the fulfillment she gets out of being part of such an excellent team. Even after nearly a decade, she still enjoys all the people she works with!

At home, Gwendolyn has two amazing children named Cole and Abby, along with two adorable fur babies named Murphy and Molly. Outside of working hours, she enjoys doing yoga, swimming, going to the beach, and finding lots of random DIY projects to complete around the house.

Here's an interesting fact about Gwendolyn: she was a military brat as a kid and got to live in many memorable places while growing up!

Kenzie, Treatment Plan Coordinator/Front Office Manager

As a Grafton native, Kenzie has been a part of our dental office for several years now. She really enjoys working with team members and patients who feel just like family!

Kenzie hails from a very big family that’s as close as can be. Most of them are small business owners and love giving back to the hometown where they’ve spent their entire lives. As for personal hobbies, she likes to do makeup for weddings, proms, and other special events, along with playing lacrosse or spending time at her family’s gym.

Here’s an interesting fact about Kenzie: she’s a licensed esthetician!

Jackie, Business Admin/Digital Marketing

Jackie studied at Assumption College and is certified in CPR. Today, what she enjoys most about her role at our dental office is how close the entire team is! It’s such a comfortable work environment that helps put the patient at ease as well during each visit.

Jackie is the oldest of four girls and currently lives with her awesome father. Outside of work, she’s passionate about everything artistic, from learning about art history to creating her own art projects. She’s been taking advanced classes her entire life and always loves being able to build something new from scratch.

Here’s an interesting fact about Jackie: She’s the only person in her family with green eyes.

Rhonda, Business Assistant/Bookkeeper

Rhonda has been a part of our dental office for over 15 years now, and she truly loves the entire team she works with. Plus, as a Grafton native, it’s nice to be able to care for patients so close to home!

Rhonda has an incredible daughter who served in the Navy and worked at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. She is now currently working on the completion of her PhD in History. As for personal hobbies, she likes gardening in her yard and putting out bird feeders to watch – it’s always enjoyable to see the different varieties of birds it attracts! She’s a car enthusiast as well.

Here’s an interesting fact about Rhonda: She tends to be pretty “OCD” about her work.

Diane, Business Assistant

Diane is a dedicated member of our front office team, and she loves having the best coworkers ever who are always supportive of one another! She is certified in CPR and has undergone ongoing advanced training in Dentrix software.

Diane is the oldest of five siblings and has several nieces and nephews, as well as a few grand nephews. In her free time away from the dental office, she enjoys cooking, shopping, spending quality time with her Shar-pei, taking long walks, curling up with a good James Patterson book, treating herself to a spa day, and hanging out with family.

Here’s an interesting fact about Diane: Until 2020, she had always driven a 5-speed, standard shift car!

Tina, Business Assistant

Tina has been a part of the dental world for over 12 years now. Originally from Blackstone, she is certified in CPR. She feels extremely grateful to be part of such a caring and thoughtful team!

Tina is the oldest of six siblings and has two grown sons, along with several nieces and nephews. She also married her new husband just last year, who has two daughters of his own. As for personal hobbies, she likes growing beautiful flowers in her yard, walking, going to the beach, riding bikes with her husband, watching sunsets, and spending quality time with loved ones.

Here’s an interesting fact about Tina: her father named her Tina Louise after an actress, and she’s proud to use that name at work in honor of him.

Melanie, Dental Hygienist

Melanie has been caring for teeth at Theroux Dental Associates for nearly a full decade now! After completing her Bachelor’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from Framingham State University, she pursued her Associates in Dental Hygiene from Quinsigamond Community College. She is certified in using dental lasers for hygiene as well. Today, what she enjoys most about her role is getting to practice the best possible dentistry in a beautiful facility with great team members.

Melanie is currently engaged to be married in September of 2020. She also has three fur babies named Baylee (a Chocolate Lab), Kip (a Black Lab), and Cali (a crazy Bengal cat). When she isn’t busy cleaning teeth, her top priority is keeping up with fitness. She regularly does personal training at a local CrossFit gym, specializing in cross-training and nutrition.

Melissa F., Dental Hygienist

Melissa's overall career in dentistry covers over 15 years so far. She studied at the Community College of Rhode Island. Today, what she enjoys most about her position is being able to help patients work through their dental fears while also improving their oral health!

Melissa and her husband have two growing sons at home. When she isn’t busy at work, she enjoys doing lots of different activities outdoors, including gardening, camping, hiking, and simply appreciating nature.

Here’s an interesting fact about Melissa: although she’s not very good at it, she really likes practicing archery.

Rod, Dental Hygienist

Rod studied dental hygiene at Springfield Technical Community College and has been working in the field for well over 15 years so far. He really enjoys providing high-quality care for each person who comes to sit in his treatment chair! Every new patient is unique, which keeps his job extremely interesting from day to day.

Rod is a proud father of two, and his interests outside of the dental office include woodworking, metalworking, and restoring old cars.

Here’s an interesting fact about Rod: He’s passionate about the fields of science and history. He also really enjoys learning all he can about how mechanical devices work!

Amanda B., Dental Hygienist

Amanda has been working in the dental world for well over a decade now, spending time as both an assistant and a hygienist. She studied at Quinsigamond Community College and is also certified in laser therapy. As a member of our team, she loves being able to educate patients about how much their oral health affects their systemic health! Building trusting relationships with patients and treating them like family is always so important to her.

Amanda is very close with her mother, father, and brother. She also has an English Lab named Niles and two cats (Kahlua and Simba) who are basically her children. As for personal hobbies, she likes doing anything and everything outdoors, from snowboarding in the winter, to relaxing by the pool in the summer. She also loves meeting new people and travels every chance she gets.

Gianna, Dental Assistant

Gianna is originally from Ashland! After graduating high school, she attended Fitchburg State University. Now, she is happy to spend her days working with an amazing team in a comfortable, friendly environment. In fact, that’s one of the main reasons she loves her job!

Outside the office, Gianna is quite a sports enthusiast (Go New England Patriots!). She also enjoys spending time reading.

Here’s an interesting fact about Gianna: her family is 100% Italian.

Taylor, Dental Assistant

Taylor has been a part of our team for over eight years so far. She loves being able to work alongside her mother, Dr. Theroux, and learn from her every day! She is currently attending dental school.

Taylor’s family is very close-knit and loves doing all sorts of activities together like traveling, heading up to their lake house, and trying new things. As for her personal interests, she enjoys playing with her dog, planning big events like birthdays and showers, and furnishing various rooms in the home (most of her money goes straight to HomeGoods).

Here’s an interesting fact about Taylor: she’s worked in the dental field since the very day she was legally able to work (14 years old) and wants to continue in this line of work for the rest of her life!

Melissa, Dental Assistant

With an impressive 14 years of experience in the world of dentistry, we are proud to welcome Melissa to our team. In addition to attending Wachusett Community College, she studied at BU University. Plus, she is certified in CPR and X-rays too!

Melissa is a wife and mother of two beautiful girls. Some of her favorite things to do in her free time include horseback riding, taking care of her animals, and spending time with her loved ones.

Here’s an interesting fact about Melissa: she has 15 reptiles!

Shannon, Dental Assistant

Shannon says that no two days are ever the same in dentistry, and she is consistently learning new things she can use to make our patient experience better. Originally from Douglas, she is the youngest of four children and loves spending time with her nieces and nephews. You’ll also often find her baking, traveling, and hanging out with friends on the weekends.

Kayla, Lead Assistant

Kayla is from Grafton and studied at the New England Dental Academy for her assistant training. Today, what she enjoys most about her role at Theroux Dental Associates is working directly with people in need.

Kayla is very close with her parents and younger siblings. Outside of working hours, she enjoys traveling (especially to Disney) and spending quality time with loved ones.
